Danielle Bossaert (LU) first worked at EIPA from 1999 to 2004. From 2004 to 2010 she was a civil servant at the Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Reform in Luxembourg, where she worked on international affairs (EUPAN, OECD) and topics relating to administrative reform and HRM. She returned to EIPA as a Seconded National Expert on 1 March 2010. During her career at EIPA, her activities have focused on training and applied research in the fields of HRM, comparative public administration and public sector reform. She conducts seminars on HR topics such as the implementation successes and deficits of selected “new” HR tools, HR motivational instruments and competency management. Her publications mainly focus on issues related to comparative public administration, as well as HR development of public employees.

Danielle Bossaert (LU) a travaillé dans un premier temps à l'IEAP de 1999 à 2004. Ensuite, de 2004 à 2010, elle a été fonctionnaire au ministère de la Fonction publique et de la Réforme administrative, où elle a concentré ses activités sur les affaires internationales (EUPAN, OCDE) et sur des thèmes liés à la réforme administrative et à la gestion des ressources humaines. Elle a réintégré l’IEAP le 1er mars 2010 en qualité d’experte nationale détachée. Durant sa carrière à l'IEAP, elle s'est consacrée à la formation et à la recherche appliquée dans le domaine de la gestion des ressources humaines, de l'administration publique comparée et de la réforme du secteur public. Elle réalise des séminaires sur des thèmes relatifs aux ressources humaines tels que les succès et déficits de mise en œuvre de certains « nouveaux » outils de gestion des ressources humaines et instruments de motivation du personnel et de gestion des compétences. Ses publications portent essentiellement sur l'administration publique comparée et le développement des ressources humaines dans le secteur public.
