Research Assistant
Dr Ioana Eleonora Rusu (RO) joined EIPA in January 2009 as a Research Assistant. She has a Bachelor degree in law and a Bachelor degree in applied modern languages. In addition, she obtained a PhD in EU law from the University of Marburg, Germany, where she worked for four years as a Research Assistant in the Department of International Public and EU Law. Before joining EIPA, Ioana also worked as a Parliamentary Assistant to a Romanian Member of the European Parliament (legal affairs, internal market and consumer protection). She is the co-author of a Romanian manual on EU law.

Dr Ioana Eleonora Rusu (RO) a rejoint l’IEAP en janvier 2009 en qualité d’assistante de recherche. Titulaire d’une licence en droit et d’une licence en langues modernes appliquées, elle a obtenu son doctorat en droit européen à l’Université de Marburg, en Allemagne, où elle a occupé le poste d’assistante de recherche au département de droit public international et européen pendant quatre ans. Avant d’entrer à l’IEAP, elle a également travaillé comme assistante parlementaire d’un député roumain au Parlement européen (affaires juridiques, marché intérieur et protection des consommateurs).
